What do you need help with?
Getting started
Where do I access Yavqo TV?
Open tv.yavqo.com and follow the instructions shown by the service. Check the device and browser requirements provided there before choosing how to watch.
Where can I check available titles?
Browse the catalog shown in Yavqo TV for your account and location. This support page does not publish a live catalog or confirm that a particular title is available.
Does TV support downloads, casting, or multiple devices?
Check the features and account terms shown in the streaming service. This page does not confirm offline downloads, casting support, simultaneous-stream limits, or a supported-device list.
Playback and sound
A video keeps buffering. What should I try?
Check your internet connection and whether other downloads or streams are using it. Pause and retry playback. If the player offers a quality setting, try a lower setting. Note whether the issue affects one title or everything you play.
Why is there no sound?
Check the player volume, browser tab mute setting, device volume, and selected audio output. If you use headphones or external speakers, confirm they are connected to the device playing the video.
The picture is black or playback does not start. What should I do?
Note any error message, reload the page, and check the service’s browser requirements. If you are using an external display, check its connection. Include your browser, operating system, and display setup when describing the problem.
How do I change subtitles or audio language?
Look for subtitle or audio controls in the player, if available for the title. Website translation settings do not change a video’s soundtrack or supply subtitles. Check the options for each title in the streaming service.
Account and purchase questions
I cannot sign in. Where should I start?
Use the sign-in instructions provided by Yavqo TV. Check that you are using the account associated with the service and record any error message. Avoid sharing your password or verification codes when asking for help.
Where can I review a subscription or charge?
Review the billing information available in the TV service and the receipt from the seller or payment provider that handled your purchase. This page cannot view charges, change a subscription, or confirm a refund.
What information helps explain a streaming problem?
